Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. MANUEL MALICDEM & CORAZON L. MALICDEM, who died intestate on Sept. 12, 2008 and April 19, 2015 at Lingayen and Dagupan City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 647 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 308432, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with partition by and among the heirs MARIA EUSEBIA M. CRUZ, ROQUE L. MALICDEM and MARILOU M. SANTIAGO that certain One-third (1/3) portion pro-indiviso, under Doc. No. 419; Page No. 85; Book No. VI; Series of 2015 under Notary Public Atty. Dominique C. Evangelista.
