EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late MAGDALENA NARCISA ROMERO & HERMOGENES A. ROMERO, who died on October 30, 2005 and July 11, 1999 at Brgy. Nibaliw Magliba, San Fabian & Bantayan, Mangaldan, both in Pangasinan, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land containing an area of 7,978 and 6,929 sq. meters, more or less, covered by T.C.T. No. 188682 and T.C.T. No. 59996, are the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate by and among the heirs, under Doc. No. 252; Page No. 52; Book No. X; Series of 2015, under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pausanos.
