Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late EUFEMIA A. DE GUZMAN, who died intestate on August 28, 2010 at Brgy. Buenlag, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 413 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. 299960, and a residential house with Lot No. (7243-P) of Lot 1-1-2-B, PSD-01032968, under Tax Decl. No. 25-0009-35725, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with adjudication in favor of SALVADOR D. DE GUZMAN (1/2) western portion of land with an area of 207 sq. meters, and Evangeline, Chrysler, John Mark, Marcelito and Michael all surnamed DE GUZMAN, that 1/2 eastern portion of land with an area of 206 sq. meters, under Doc. No. 484; Page No. 98; Book No. III; Series of 2015 under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
