Pangasinan History Book Launching. Pangasinan Historical and Cultural Commission Chairman Gonzalo T. Duque presents the Pangasinan “Pinablin Dalin” (Pangasinan History Book) during the book launching last April 10 at the Capitol Plaza in Lingayen.
