HOUSING FOR HOMELESS EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY HALL— Mayor Belen T. Fernandez, along with personnel of the City Engineer’s Office, conducts ocular inspection on a vacant lot in Barangay Lucao which she is eyeing to become the site of the first city government’s housing program for homeless and landless regular employees. Fernandez said she will soon start a one-on-one interview with interested employees, negotiate for the purchase of the lot and talk to PAG-IBIG to bankroll the development of project. The city plans to construct from 80 to 100 housing units in the area. (CIO photo)
