Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ROMEO PARAN CAYABAS who died intestate on Jan. 6, 2015 at Ducot, Ucab, Itogon, Benguet, Philippines and ISABEL SABIT CAYABAS, who died intestate on June 18, 2003 in Eastern Pang. District Hospital, Tayug, Pangasinan consisting of a parcel of land situated at San Nicolas, Pangasinan, containing an area of 9,087 square meters, more or less, covered by TCT NO. T-21645, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate by and among the heirs, under Doc. 143; Page No. 29; Book No. XXVI;P Series of 2015 under Notary Public Atty. Mathew L. Dati of Benguet, Phils.
