No. 45409 and Tax Decl. No. 9387, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement with deed of absolute sale in favor of SOLEVEN V. AYSON, GILDA A. MALALA that certain portion of 67 sq mtrs. only, under Doc. No. 313; page No. 62; Book No. 8; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Laudemer I. Fabia.
