IGNACIO DELA CRUZ and VALENTINA SOY, who died in Dagupan City, Pangasinan last Oct. 2, 1974 and April 21, 1975 respectively, consisting of a parcel of land covered by TCT Title No. 21148 located at Bonuan Gueset, Dagupan City, Pangasinn, is the subject of self-adjudication by the only heir VICTORIA DELA CRUZ TANDOC, under Doc. No. 116; Page No. 24; Book No. XII; Series of 2015 under Notary Public Isagani Zulueta Mamaril.
