Espino (left) lead the ceremonial ribbon cutting to formally open the 8th Tourism and Trade Expo at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center in Lingayen last April 8. The expo offers a wide array of Pangasinan’s finest products and services spruced up by entertainment activities from April 8 to May 3. Witnessing the ceremony are: Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. Provincial Tourism Officer Malu Elduayan, Exec. Asst. IV Ramon Morden and Philantropist Ashok Vasandani. /GDMoran
