Some 200 officers, frontliners and responders from LGUs, PNP, Bureau of Fire Protection and Local DRRMCs and the DILG sign the pledge of commitment as an affirmation of their support to OPLAN LISTO during the Provincial Convergence Action Planning last March 23 at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center in Lingayen.
