MAYOR BELEN PROUD OF BALON DAGUPAN ATHLETES – Mayor Belen congratulates Balon Dagupan athletes, coaches and trainers who gave their best during the recently concluded Region 1 Athletic Association Meet where Dagupan garnered a total of 18 gold, 35 silver and 35 bronze. The mayor rewarded them with cash incentives and certificate of commendation last February 25 during the weekly Executive Session.
