FINANCIAL GRANTS TO FIRST BATCH OF SCHOLARS. Governor Amado T. The Governor distributed P10,000 to each of 400 scholars with a total of P4-million. For this school year, the province supports 1,250 provincial scholars and 943 other scholarship grants for a total of 2,193 scholars. /VFSison
