Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late TOMAS CLATA, who died intestate in Dec. 9, 1964 at Mangaldan, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of agricultural land containing an area of 6,954 sq. mts, and1,119 sq. mtrs, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. Nos. 41574 and 00671, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with absolute sale in favor of PERC JONINI D. VILLACORTA, married to Maria Corazon R. Villacorta that certain 2 parcels of land under Doc. No. 393; Page No. 80; Book No. 109, Series of 2015 under Notary Public Simplicio M Sevilleja.
