Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. SATURNINO E. DOMINGUEZ and ADRIANA DELA CRUZ-DOMINGUEZ, who both died intestate on Aug. 17, 1971 and July 30, 1967 in Lingayen, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Binmaley, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,269 sq. meters, more or less, covered by OCT No. 14154, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with absolute sale in favor of SPS. CRISANTO D. DE VERA and ROWENA C. DEVERA that certain Northern portion with an area of 689 sq. meters, only, under Doc. No. 398; Book No. 81; Page No. XVI; Series of 2015, under Notary Public Alfonso C. Villamil, Jr.
