P-35832, is the subject of extra-judicial partition settlement of estate with absolute sale in favor of SPOUSES FRANCIS GARY A. MANZANO and MAXIMILLE ANNE J. MANZANO, under Doc. No. 76; Page No. 15; Book No. XVI; Series of 2014 under Notary Public Atty. Honorato R. Mataban.
