Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late CAMILO A. DE GUZMAN, who died intestate on May 03, 1993 at San Carlos City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 4,765 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 130962, and under Tax Decl. No. 08-0003-00142, is the subject of extrajudicial partition and quitclaim in favor of FERDINAND M. DE GUZMAN, that certain 408 sq. meters portion only, under Doc. No. 508; Page No. 99; Book No. VIII; Series of 2015 under Notary Public Atty.
