Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPOUSES JOSE SOLIS, who both died intestate at Urdaneta, Pangasinan on February 19, 1993 consisting of a parcel of land situated at Careenan, Dagupan City, containing an area of 191.50 sq. mtrs and fifty square decimeters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 50596, is the subject of Affidavit of adjudication by the only heir JOSE SOLIS, JR. under Doc. No. 116; Page No. 25; Book No. VI; Series of 2014 under Notary Public Atty. Antonio V. Tiong.
