MBTF JOINS MARIAN DEVOTEES IN MANAOAG – Mayor Belen T. Fernandez joined other Marian devotees including President Aquino’s sisters, Balsy and Viel and Cong. Gina de Venecia in the solemn ceremony marking the proclamation of the Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag the title Minor Basilica. “It was quite moving to see and take part in the ceremony recognizing the elevation of the Manaoag Shrine as the first Basilica in Pangasinan,” Fernandez said.
