LIONS’ POSTHUMOUS AWARD – The Lions Club International Incorporated, Dagupan City (Host) Lions Club, District 301-C Northern Philippines presents a Testimonial Recognition posthumously to the late Jimmy Lim Fernandez for his various community projects and advocacies. Mayor Belen T. Fernandez received the award in behalf of her mother Remedios Tan Fernandez and the family. Others honored with posthumous awards were Cipriano M. Manaois and spouses Leopoldo and Perla Novales.
