Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late LODOVICO D. MAGSANOC, who died intestate on Sept. 11, 2014 at Mangin, Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of coconut land containing an area of 2,780 sq. meters, covered by Tax Decl. No. 4200217 and TCT No. 18401, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with donation by and among the heirs namely: Ludovico Jr., Grace, Ludy, Maricel, Joey, Leonard, Mary Christine and Zenaida, all surnamed MAGSANOC, under Doc No. 287; Page No. 59; Book No. III; Series of 2015 under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
