No. 010-40137, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with deed of absolute sale in favor of SIOMY & CROMWEL C. LEGASPI, and JONALYN & CATHERINE SERAPION, under Doc. No. 175; Page No. 36; Book No. II; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
