Espino, Jr., (upper photo) inspires the first batch of provincial employees who participated in the “Office Employees’ Team Building 2015” eventually held at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center on January 15 to 16 which is designed to unify and strengthen camaraderie among employees, increase productivity and gain client satisfaction.
