Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late GLORIA B. FAVILLA, who died intestate on January 26, 2011 in the City of Manila, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 1,397.84 sq. meters covered by TCT No. 86980, and Two (2) Comml bldgs, popularly known as Vicar Hotel and Five (5) storey commercial bldgs made of concrete materials, the 1st storey to the 4th storey with floor areas of 389.25 sq. meters, and Five (5) storey commercial bldgs, made of concrete materials the 1st storey to the 4th storey with floor areas of 672 sq. meters, under Tax Decl. No. 58-I, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement by and among the heirs under Doc. No. 49; Page No. 5; Book No. 3; Series of 2011 under Notary Public Atty. Delfin R. Agcaoili, Jr.
