Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FELICIANO T. FABIA, who died intestate on May 2, 2007 in Barangay Longos, Calasiao, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land containing an area of 303 sq. meters and 154 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. Nos. 649 and 24261, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim in favor of ESMERALDA N. FABIA, under Doc. No. 158; Page No. 33; Book No. XVI; Series of 2014 under Notary Public Alfonso C. Villamil, Jr.
