POETIC EXPRESSION OF LOVE– Pangasinan Historical and Cultural Commissioner Virginia Jasmin Pasalo delivers a poem she had written during the special night of poetry dubbed as “Inaro…” as an added feature of the Dagupan City fiesta. Local poets took center stage expressing intense feelings revolving around themes of passion and love held at the Leisure Coast Resort.
