Inauguration of LIGA Building
Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Undersecretary Tomasito Villarin and Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. lead the ribbon-cutting of the newly-reconstructed Liga ng mga Barangay building which also houses the DILG-Pangasinan office on December 10 in Lingayen. The full-reconstruction of the building that is located beside the Provincial Employment Services Office (PESO) was solely funded by the provincial government. Also present during the ribbon-cutting were: Dangerous Drugs Board Undersecretary Rommel Garcia, DILG Regional Director Julie Daquiaog Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr. and Board Member Amado I. Espino, III, Liga ng mga Barangay Provincial President, Board Members Angel Baniqued, Jr. Nestor Reyes and Liberato Villegas and some chiefs of office of the provincial government. /MVS
