Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. leads the inauguration and blessing of the Center for Excellence in Employee and Organization Development hall located at the Palaris Building (formerly Kalantiao Building) at the Capitol Complex in Lingayen last December 15. Human Resource Management and Development Officer Janette Asis said it was under the administration of Gov. Espino that a “center for development” was created to provide employees with conducive place for leadership and staff development and performance enhancement training.
