School-On-The-Air Graduation

Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. (upper photo) congratulates the new breed of farmer-graduates who finished a three-month course School On-The-Air Program dedicated to rice production. A total of 1,161 farmers from 30 municipalities and cities received agri lectures aired via DZRD Radio Station from Tuesdays thru Thursdays at 5:00-6:00 a.m. They were awarded with certificates of completion after passing the pre-test and post-test administered by the Department of Agriculture Regional Office. /MVS
