Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 filed by the petitioner BHF RURAL BANK INC., against the respondents Sps. Felix Estabillo and Erlinda Estabillo with residents of Quetegan, Mangatarem, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of September 30, 2014 the amount of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY NINE PESOS and 92/100 (Php 372,599.92), Philippine Currency excluding penalties, charges attorney’s fees and expenses for foreclosure, the undersigned or her fully authorized deputy will SELL at PUBLIC AUCTION on January 7, 2015 at 10:000 a.m. or so thereafter at the main entrance of the Halls of Justice, Lingayen, Pangasinan to the highest bidder, for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following property with all its improvements, to wit:
