LINGAYEN– The provincial government will soon receive one unit of mobile fast recirculating batch dryer from the Department of Agriculture (DA) for farmers’ use to minimize post-harvest losses and enhance the quality of corn grains produced.

Governor Amado Espino Jr. was authorized by the Sanggunian Panlalawigan to enter into an agreement with the DA- Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO1) and the Agriculture and Fishery Council for the use of the mobile fast recirculating batch dryer in the province.

Entitled to use the dryer are cooperators/ corn cluster organization cooperatives who are registered either with the DA, Cooperative Development Authority, Securities and Exchange Commission, and LGUs is a component of the Agri-Pinoy Corn Program.
