Man charged for murder, nabbed after 15 years
BANI—This town’s third most wanted person was finally arrested Wednesday (Nov. 12) in Barangay Quinaoayanan here.
Arrested by the local police elements was Ted Tiemple Torres, 54, single, electrician by occupation and a resident of the said place.
His arrest was made by virtue of alias warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Jules Mejia of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 54 in Alaminos City, Pangasinan issued in 1999 for the crime of murder with no recommended bail bond, and a warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Ma. Ellen Aguilar of RTC, Branch 54, Alaminos City, in 2012 for the crime of frustrated homicide.
Torres is detained at the detention cell of Bani Police Station. (TRR)
