ISLAND TOURS — The candidates in the this year’s search for Miss Dagupan are given a free tour of the Calmay River on board one of Balon Dagupan’s three brand new medium sized outrigger boats resembling a floating cottage to familiarize themselves with the city’s rich natural resources. The new boats were donated to the city government by corporate sponsors for the restoration of the cruise project. The Dagupan Island Tours will be formally launched next month.
