ZULUETA JR. married to CRISTINA U. ZULUETA, and JOSE T. BALMEDIANO JR. married to ELIZABETH Z. BALMEDIANO, under Doc. No. 147; Page No. 31; Book No. VI; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Antonio V. Tiong.
