No. 00496, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with sale in favor of LOLITA M. CARBONEL that certain one-half 1/2 portion conjugal shares of Alegria Munoz, under Doc. No. 397; Page No. 80; Book No. II; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty Baltazar Ansberto L. Cagampan.
