DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. MARCIANO FERNANDEZ and SEGUNDINA CUDAL, who both died in Mangatarem, Pangasinan on Sept. 22, 2004 and July 15, 2007, consisting of Eight (8) parcels of land all situated at Mangatarem, Pangasinan containing an area of 3,693, 1427, 8072, 8379, 2691, 3543, 1786 and 916 square meters, covered by O.C.T. Nos. P-5277, 5612, 5612, 16600, 16600, T.C.T. No. 97903, P-5401 and O.C.T. No. P-5401, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement by and among the heirs namely: Florendo, & Leonida Fernandez, and Jeofrrey F. Sto. Domingo, under Doc. No. 456; Page No. 92; Book No. I; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Benzon.
