MUÑOZ and REBECCA MUÑOZ, who died intestate on Jan. 31, 2013 and June 7, 2014 at San Carlos City, Pangasinan consisting of a parcel of land situated at San Carlos City, Pangasinan, containing an area of 9,014 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 21827,  is the subject of extrajudicial partition with quitclaim in favor of  SALOME MUÑOZ ABARQUEZ, LOURDEZ MUÑOZ UMBAY and RUBY MAY MUÑOZ JIMENEZ,  under Doc. No. 357; Page No. 75; Book No. X; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Jonathan Lomboy.
