CITY GRANTS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENTS—Mayor Belen T. Fernandez distributes financial assistance to another batch of 46 beneficiaries at the City Museum on October 21. This is part of the local government’s regular program to provide medical assistance, burial assistance, and educational assistance or livelihood assistance to citizens in crisis.
