Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. and hundreds of young Pangasinan chess enthusiasts flash the number one sign during the closing ceremony of the 4th Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. Chess Clinic last September 28 at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center (PTDC) in Lingayen. Since the chess clinic became a regular sports activity of the Espino administration in cooperation with the Pangasinan Chess League (PCL), Pangasinan was able to produce wood pusher champions in local, national and international tournaments. Joining the Governor is PCL President Juan V. Sison. /MVS
