PAPERLESS PAYROLL—-Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. (center) receives his automated teller machine (ATM) card from Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP)-Lingayen Branch Manager Liza Melendez during the ceremonial withdrawal of employees’ salaries and benefits at the ATM facility located at the Finance Building inside the  Capitol Complex in Lingayen last September 1.  The provincial government’s payroll system was recently converted to full bank automation to ensure a more efficient procedure in withdrawing employees’ salaries and allowances.  Joining the governor is Vice Gov.
