MILO LITTLE OLYMPICS LUZON ELIMINATION —Sophia De Vera, 6th grade school student of La Marea Academy (Dagupan City), topped the Milo Little Olympics Luzon elimination for swimming held Sept. 6-7, 2014 in Baguio City. Sophia bested the elementary girls coming from different schools in regions 1, 2, 3 & Cordillera Autonomous Region. Sophia won 5 gold and 1 silver in her 6 individual events: 50M butterfly, 100M butterfly, 50M freestyle, 100M freestyle, 200M IM and 200M freestyle. Sophia’s proud parents, Rafael de Vera and Sheila Kathleen Abarquez de Vera, thank the school, coach and teammates for their full support.
