MAYOR Belen T. Fernandez lauded the Lyceum Northwestern University (LNU)’s contributions, under the stewardship of Dr. Gonzalo T. Duque, to the city’s transformation as a premier educational center in the north.

The mayor visited the medical-dental mission held at the LNU last September 23 as part of its Founder’s Week Celebration that served indigent Dagupeños healthcare from free medical-dental services, medicine, consultation, eye examination, random blood sugar test, urinalysis, bone screening, chest x-ray, deworming, wheelchair assessment to MR-OPV immunization. The event was also graced by 4th District Representative Gina De Venecia, Commission on Higher Education Director IV Dr. Teoticia Tagubao and Vice President of Academics Hong Kong Baptist University Dr. Franklin Luk.
