Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late NIMITZ L. MANGONON, who died intestate on May 7, 2008 at Manaoag, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land consolidation-subdivision and agricultural land both situated at Manaoag, Pangasinan, containing an area of 247 sq. meters and 6,500 sq. meters more or less, covered by TCT No. 026-2012001463 and Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-51565, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement among the estate heirs by and among the heirs, namely: Aurora, Maurice, Maria Cecilia, Melchor and Nasser all surnamed MANGONON.
