BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM–—Caritas Parish Clinic, a Catholic church-based group, was recently inaugurate during the Caritas Day Celebration of the Lingayen-Dagupan Archdiocese.  The clinic launched its blood donation project in collaboration with the National Voluntary Blood Services Program and Region 1 Medical Center.
