ENGRACIO Bailon, head of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)-Central Pangasinan said that overseas Filipino workers who were repatriated from strife-torn Libya will receive a one-time P10,000 cash assistance.

The cash assistance is being implemented under the Financial Relief Assistance Program (FRAP) of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration. (PIA-Pangasinan)
