BALDUEZA, who died intestate on without will and testament on Feb. 06, 1997 at Seattle, Washington, consisting of a three (3) parcels of land situated at Buenlag, Calasiao, Pangasinan containing an area of 12,902, 6,577 and 6,165 sq. meters, more or less, covered by OCT Nos.
