DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AND ADJUDICATION
Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late JUDEO AQUINO VILLEZ, who died intestate on August 27, 2012 at Alvear II St., Poblacion, Lingayen, Pangasinan, at the time of his death, he had INSURANCE coverage, for legal guidance and services for our claims, we hired the services of Atty. Lester P. Escobar of Pob. Lingayen, Pangasinan for all of which obliged to pay him 20% whatever amount we claim and granted from the Insurance, that the net proceeds after deducting the attorney’s fees shall be the extra-judicial settlement and adjudication by and among the heirs namely: Sps. of JOSEPH and AURORA, JASON, SARA QUEEN and EMERALD, all surnamed VILLEZ, under Doc. No. 1081; Page No. 92; Book No. CLIII; Series of 2014 under Notary Public Corleto R. Castro.
