Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late EUGENIO B. QUINTO, who died intestate on June 7, 2014 in Nazareth General Hospital, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, consisting of a Six (6) parcels of land all situated at Calasiao, Pangasinan, containing an area of 3,582 sqmtrs, 3,086, 3,091, 3,606, 966 and 230 sq. meters, more or less, covered by OCT Nos. P-20378, P-23360, P-23508, P-28429, No. 23262 and 22804, are the subject of extra-judicial partition with waiver and sale in favor of SPS. EUGENE P. QUINTO and JOBELLE SARILAN-QUINTO, under Doc.
