Dagupan Budget chief elected PICPA chapter president

DAGUPAN CITY- Budget Officer Luz De Guzman was elected president of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Pangasinan Chapter and was inducted 63rd PICPA Induction Ceremonies and 1st General Assembly at Star Plaza, Dagupan City on July 25.
PICPA promotes, upholds and maintains high standards in the accountancy profession through a responsive organizational structure, committed leadership, effective development programs, strict implementation of professional ethics, promotion of high standards of accounting education, and advocacy and participation in relevant national concerns.
