Buntis Congress in Binmaley, Aug 29
THIS year’s “Buntis Congress” of the provincial government will host some 500 pregnant women residing in Binmaley and nearby towns to be held on August 29 at the provincial training center in Lingayen.
Dr. Anna Theresa De Guzman, provincial health officer, said “Pre-natal and post-partum check-ups are also important and that is what we are going to tell them in the Buntis Congress.”
The congress will also discuss how mothers who are not PhilHealth members can avail of PhilHealth’s point of care services. Participants will also be provided wellness and dental care and the “Buntis Kit”. (Hilda M.Austria/PNA).
