SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND PERSONAL HYGIENE PACKAGE FOR DAY CARE PUPILS—Mayor Belen T. Fernandez and City Nutritionist and City Social Welfare and Development Officer Leah distribute school supplies and personal hygiene package for day care pupils during their surprise visit to the Barangay Caranglaan Day Care Center last July 1. The mayor also gave stuffed toys as rewards to children who correctly answered her questions.
